Player Profile – Frank lickliter II

He has won two PGA TOUR events, the 2001 Kemper Insurance Open and the 2003 Chrysler Classic of Tucson. In 2005 at TPC Sawgrass, he set THE PLAYERS Stadium Course record with a 62, including the first double eagle on the par-5 11th hole. In all, Lickliter holds 10 course records across the United States and is currently 67th on the PGA TOUR All Time Career Money List.

His favorite past-times are hunting, shooting and fishing.

Lickliter's support of Wounded Warrior Project / Naval Special Warfare Foundation:

Lickliter is most proud of his ability to use his talents to raise millions of dollars for various charities, especially those that benefit the brave men and women of our Armed Forces and their families.  

On behalf of Wounded Warrior Project, Lickliter participates in fundraising events at TPCs, meets soldiers during PGA TOUR tournaments and has made numerous visits to wounded soldiers bedside at Walter Reed Army Hospital in Washington, D.C. He has also visited Cuba, Korea and Iraq, shaking hands with and hosting golf clinics for the soldiers stationed there. 

In honor of his close friends in the US Navy SEAL Teams and at the Naval Special Warfare Foundation, Lickliter often gives lessons and clinics to injured SEALs as well as supporting  fundraising events for fallen SEALs.
